The Vision Planning Workbook is a guided, self-paced workbook for educators, parents, and community leaders who are beginning to imagine a microschool and want a practical place to start.

Concept Clarity Course
What it is
The Microschool Concept Clarity Course is a self-paced course for educators, parents, and community leaders who want to explore, test, and shape a microschool idea before committing to launch.
Through four recorded sessions and personalized guidance, you will clarify the school you want to create, consider its feasibility, and begin developing the mindset and foundation needed to move forward.

- The Vision Planning Workbook with guided exercises for defining your purpose, model, and learning experience
- One live coaching and advisory session with David and Joy
- A Mind Body Soul session supporting the personal transition from educator or community leader to Founder

- Practical next steps for deciding whether and how to continue

Full Founder Pathway
What it is
The Full Founder Pathway is for people who are committed to launching a microschool and ready to move from vision into active school-building.
You will receive personalized coaching, practical resources, operating guidance, and a community of peers as you develop, launch, and sustain your independently owned microschool.
You'll Receive
- Ongoing, regularly scheduled, LIVE and personalized coaching and advisory sessions with David and Joy
- Guidance refining your school vision, learning model, ideal families, positioning, and brand
- Support with budgeting, legal formation, enrollment planning, outreach, and launch strategy
- Access to the Changemaker Education Resource Center with proprietary workbooks, templates, operational guides, and planning tools
- Mind Body Soul practices that support Founder development, decision-making, resilience, and leadership
- Community and connection with other Founders building human-centered microschools
- A structured path toward launching your school
How you enter the program depends on the time of year, your launch goals, and your readiness.
When Can You Begin?
January through August
Founders enter through the Changemaker Pathway Lab, which provides a longer runway for developing their school before joining the Founder Cohort in the fall.
September through December
Founders who are ready to move more quickly may be considered for rolling admission into the active Founder Cohort when their readiness, goals, and proposed launch timing are a strong fit.

Regardless of when you begin, the Full Founder Pathway is $5,000.
Flexible payment options may be available.
After opening, each Changemaker partner school contributes 10% of tuition and fee revenue for its first three years of operation.
